Revenue attribution for every site you own

Send your sales to Stickybeak and every order is tied to the visits behind it. You see which channels, pages and campaigns make money, not just which ones bring traffic.

What you see

  • Revenue, orders, conversion rate and revenue per visitor
  • Revenue by channel, source, landing page and campaign
  • First touch or last touch, over 30 days
  • Each order's first visit and buying visit, with their campaign tags
  • Affiliate sales from ?ref= links
  • Other currencies converted to your site's currency

Every breakdown on a site's page shows what its visitors spent too, so the countries, pages and referrers that send buyers stand out from the ones that only send traffic.

Stickybeak's revenue panel for Flat White Co.: revenue by landing page and by campaign, and recent orders with each one's first visit and buying visit.

First touch or last touch

Last touch credits the last visit that came from somewhere, so a direct visit to finish the purchase doesn't take the credit from the ad or email that brought them back. First touch credits the visit that first brought them, up to 30 days earlier. Switch between them: a channel that finds people but rarely closes the sale looks very different in each.

Sending sales

Send a purchase goal from your thank-you page with the amount, currency and order id. A repeated order id is ignored, so a reloaded thank-you page doesn't count twice.

window.stickybeak("purchase", { revenue: 49, currency: "AUD", order_id: "1042" });

There are guides for Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Polar, PayPal, Shopify checkout and WooCommerce. Renewals and refunds aren't recorded yet, and a direct Stripe connection is on the way.

Questions

Do I need a payment integration?

No. A purchase goal from your thank-you page is enough. The payment guides show where to send it for each provider.

Which currency is revenue shown in?

Your site's currency. Orders in other currencies are converted, and the order keeps its original amount.

Does it work with the cookieless script?

Yes. Revenue and orders are recorded, but a sale is credited to that day's visit only, and affiliate credit across visits isn't available.
