An analytics API for you and your agents
Every report in the Stickybeak dashboard is in the API, for every site in your workspace, with one read-only token. Your deploys can mark the chart, and your coding agent can read the numbers and check its own work.
One token, every site
Make a token in Settings and send it as a bearer token. Tokens are scoped to your workspace and read-only, apart from adding annotations.
curl "https://app.usestickybeak.com/api/v1/sites/$SITE_ID/stats?period=7d" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SB_TOKEN"
- Sites, stats and chart series
- Breakdowns by page, source, campaign, place and device, with filters
- Revenue by channel, first or last touch
- Visitors, and one visit in full
- Goals and funnels
- Campaigns, outbound links and affiliates
- The crawler report and an install check
Mark your deploys
Post an annotation from your deploy script and it shows on the chart, so you can see what a change did.
curl -X POST https://app.usestickybeak.com/api/v1/annotations \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SB_TOKEN" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"site":"example.com","kind":"deploy","title":"New pricing page"}'
For agents
Hand Claude Code, Codex or Cursor a token and it can ask what you'd ask: which pages lose people, which channels pay, where visitors from ChatGPT land. It can make a change, mark the deploy, and compare the numbers either side of it later.
An MCP server, write endpoints, a sandbox and an SDK are on the way.
Questions
Is there a rate limit?
Not yet. Be reasonable, and cache what you can.
Can a token write data?
Only annotations. Everything else is read-only.
Which periods are supported?
today, yesterday, 7d, 30d, 90d, 12m and all. Up to 30 days read the raw visits, so filters work; longer ranges use daily rollups.
