Using the dashboard
Workspaces and teams
A workspace owns its sites, analytics, wall and API tokens. Use separate workspaces for separate teams or clients.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | View data; manage sites, goals, affiliates, annotations, tokens, maintenance and people |
| Member | View the wall, analytics, settings and live feed; cannot make changes |
The workspace creator is its first admin. Sign-in uses Clerk, so account screens may call a workspace an organisation.
Invite people
Open the workspace menu → Manage
Invite an email address
Choose admin or member.
Wait for acceptance
The workspace appears in their switcher after sign-in.
Admins can change roles or remove people from the same list.
Switch or leave
Pick a workspace from the top-right menu. Each browser tab keeps its own active workspace, so two screens can show different walls. Create another workspace from the menu, or leave one from Manage.
The avatar menu manages your name, email, sign-in methods and sign-out.
