Podia
Podia analytics with Stickybeak tracks visitor journeys and sale revenue from the site and conversion fields. Setup takes about five minutes.
Third-party code needs a paid Podia plan and verified email. Conversion tracking needs Mover or Shaker.
Add the script
Open Third-party code
Go to Settings → Analytics → Third-party code → Edit.
Add Website tracking code
<script defer data-site="YOUR_SITE_ID" data-domain="example.com" src="https://app.usestickybeak.com/_cfw/s.js" ></script>Save
Podia adds it to public pages, including checkout, but not the product viewer or other logged-in areas.
Check it's working
Podia omits third-party code while you are logged in. Open the live site in a private window, then follow Verify your install.
Track goals
Podia buttons cannot take custom attributes. Use ⚙ Settings → Goals → a page visit for a signup destination. See Custom goals.
Track purchases
Paste this into Podia's Conversion tracking code field:
<script>
window.stickybeak = window.stickybeak || function () { (window.stickybeak.q = window.stickybeak.q || []).push(arguments); };
window.stickybeak("purchase", {
revenue: Podia.Conversion.revenue,
currency: Podia.Conversion.currency,
order_id: Podia.Conversion.object.order_id
});
</script>
Free products count without revenue. Test with a low-priced purchase; order_id prevents duplicates. See Revenue.
If it isn't working
- Test logged out on the live domain.
- Check your plan and verified-email status.
See Troubleshooting for the general list.
