Carrd

Carrd analytics with Stickybeak tracks visitors, outbound clicks and goals from one hidden Embed in about five minutes. It is a lighter alternative to Google Analytics for Carrd sites.

#Add the script

1. #Add an Embed

   Click + Add Element → Embed. Set Type → Code, Style → Hidden and Location → Head.

2. #Paste the script

   Click Publish.

#Check it's working

Embeds do not run in the builder. Test the published site using Check it's working.

#Track goals

Use an Inline Embed for a link with data-goal. Carrd sections such as /#thanks share one path, so they cannot be page-visit goals. See Custom goals.

#Track purchases

Carrd does not expose checkout amount, currency or order ID to its Embed. Track the checkout link or use a separate confirmation page; send revenue only from a checkout that supports the revenue API.

#If it isn't working

• Confirm the Embed is hidden and in the head.
• Test only after publishing.
