Wix

Wix analytics with Stickybeak tracks live visitors, campaigns and goals through site-wide Custom Code in Wix or Wix Studio. It is a lighter alternative to Google Analytics for Wix and takes a few minutes to add.

#Add the script

1. #Open Custom Code

   Go to Settings → Development & integrations → Custom Code → + Add Custom Code.

2. #Paste and name it

   Name it Stickybeak.

3. #Choose the settings

   Select All pages, Load code only once per visit and Head, then click Apply.

#Check it's working

Custom code does not run in the editor or preview. Open the published connected domain, then follow Verify your install.

#Track goals

Wix buttons cannot take custom attributes. Send forms and bookings to a thank-you page, then add ⚙ Settings → Goals → a page visit. Email, phone and external links are recorded automatically. See Custom goals.

#Track purchases

A page-visit goal can count a tracked order-confirmation page, but it has no amount. Sending revenue needs a checkout integration that provides revenue, currency and order_id. See Revenue.

#Page changes

Wix changes routes without full reloads. Stickybeak records those changes, so load the script only once per visit.

#If it isn't working

• Do not use an Embed HTML iframe.
• Check the plan, connected domain and published site.
