Analytics not working? Match what you see to a fix, starting with Verify your install if no visitors arrive.
Install and requests
| Symptom | Fix |

No s.js request | Publish the tag, clear page and CDN caches, and test the live site rather than localhost, a preview URL or an editor iframe. |
s.js loads; no i request | Check data-site and data-domain. Check the browser hasn't set stickybeak:ignore (or open the page with ?stickybeak=count). |
i returns 403 | Use the correct site ID and test on that site's domain or a subdomain. |
| Request marked blocked | Disable the blocker for testing or use an available first-party script. |
| Optimisation plugin breaks tracking | Exclude _cfw/s.js or cookieless.js from bundling, minifying, inlining and delayed-JavaScript features. |

Keep existing policy sources. If connect-src is absent, add the host to default-src. The inline queue stub needs your nonce or hash.
Routes and numbers
| Symptom | Fix or explanation |
|---|---|
| SPA route missing | Only path changes through pushState or back/forward count. Hash, query and replaceState changes do not. See Single-page apps. |
| Internal links look outbound | Set data-domain to the domain saved in Settings. |
| One person becomes several visitors | Separate domains count separately. A wrong data-domain splits subdomains. Privacy mode counts each full page load as a visitor. |
| Long and short ranges differ | Long ranges sum daily visitors and do not support filters. See Data retention. |
| Totals are lower than another tool | Stickybeak excludes bots and your team's own visits. |
| Staging visits appear | A staging subdomain belongs to its parent site. Remove the tag or track staging separately. |
